The organisers provide a 3rd party only insurance, and it is up to the individuals to ensure that their vehicle is fully road legal and insured. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that vehicles remain damage free, accidents can happen, the organisers at Bofa4x4 or the Forestry Commision cannot accept responsibility should the unexpected happen...
